Tessa is an HR and Training Consultant with 15 years of international training experience. She has successfully designed programs and presented to a wide variety of groups across different industry sectors, functional areas, hierarchy levels and team sizes.

Tessa worked for Walgreens, the leading chain of pharmacy stores in the USA facilitating and developing programs for managers, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.  She also worked for Cartus, a global company in the USA and Australia leading and supporting cross-cultural training programs for executives from multi-national corporations who were relocating for international assignments.

As an independent contractor she has led seminars focusing on various management and leadership skills with a particular focus on wellbeing for some of the largest organisations in Australia including Qantas, Australia Post and Railcorp and has been involved in assessment centres for senior leaders at Commonwealth Bank and Customer Service Managers at Qantas. In addition, Tessa helps organisations implement 360 Degree Feedback and Engagement Surveys and supports them through the implementation and analysis process.
